Mr. Mike Flynn has been a cornerstone of Estill County Middle School for more than 30 years, and his impact reaches far beyond the walls of our building. Through his unwavering commitment to FRYSC, Mr. Flynn has consistently gone above and beyond to support students, families, and staff, always leading with kindness and heart. He is known for creating over the top events and meaningful celebrations that bring our school community together, reminding everyone they are valued and supported. His constant encouragement, genuine care, and willingness to help wherever needed have made a lasting difference in countless lives. Mr. Flynn’s love for his colleagues, students, and community is evident in everything he does, and ECMS is a better place because of his dedication and service.

Attention Middle & High School Students: EPIC is partnering with Planet Youth to better understand how we can help our young people grow up healthy, safe, and supported. We will be conducting an anonymous youth survey with students in the Estill County School District. This survey is part of the Icelandic Prevention Model, a proven approach that has helped communities worldwide reduce youth substance use and improve well-being.
