The Estill County School District has several surplus cell phones that are up for sealed bidding. Bidding forms are available at the Estill County Board of Education front desk and can be picked/submitted between the hours of 8:00AM-3:00PM, January 27, 2017 – February 3, 2017. No bids will be accepted after 3:00PM, February 3, 2017. Official bid forms must be used, and submitted via sealed envelope to the front desk of the Estill County School District. No other types of bids will be accepted. Individual sealed bids must be submitted, individually, for each item you are bidding on. There will not be any lot bids. If there are any bids that are tied, the winning bid will be decided by earliest date/time submission.
Bids will be disclosed, starting at 3:01PM in the lobby of the Estill County School District. Winning bidders will be notified within 3 days of bid disclosure via telephone. Winning bidders must pickup their device within 30 days of bid disclosure, and payments must be made upon device pickup, Cash or Check (checks made out to the Estill County School District).
